장애인문화예술원 캐릭터 디자인

모두를 위한 예술 


한국장애인문화예술원의 창립 10주년을 맞아,

율사이트는 장애인문화예술원만의

캐릭터 디자인을 진행했습니다.


이번 프로젝트는 장애예술을 보다

가깝고 친근하게 느낄 수 있도록 돕고,

모두가 함께하는 지속가능한 예술 환경을

만들어가고자 시작되었습니다.


누구나 물리적·심리적 장벽 없이

예술을 접하고, 이해하고, 즐기며

자유롭게 창작할 수 있다는 가치를 담아,

많은 사람들에게 자연스럽게 다가갈 수 있는

대표 캐릭터를 개발했습니다.



To mark the 10th anniversary of
the Korea Disability Arts & Culture Center,

Yulsight developed a unique character
created exclusively for the Center.


The project aims to make disability arts
more approachable and friendly,
while supporting a sustainable arts

environment for all.


Built on the belief that everyone

should access, enjoy,
and create art without physical or

psychological barriers,
the character is designed to

connect naturally with people.

한국장애인문화예술원의 창립 10주년을 맞아, 율사이트는 장애인문화예술원만의 캐릭터 디자인을 진행했습니다. 이번 프로젝트는 장애예술을 보다 가깝고 친근하게 느낄 수 있도록 돕고, 모두가 함께하는 지속가능한 예술 환경을 만들어가고자 시작되었습니다.


누구나 물리적·심리적 장벽 없이 예술을 접하고, 이해하고, 즐기며 자유롭게 창작할 수 있다는 가치를 담아, 많은 사람들에게 자연스럽게 다가갈 수 있는 대표 캐릭터를 개발했습니다.

'고래'와 '새'


장애예술에 대한 사회적 인식을 높이고

지속가능한 예술 생태계를 조성하기 위해,

누구나 쉽고 친근하게 다가갈 수 있으면서도

분명한 고유성을 지닌 고래와 새를

캐릭터로 선택해 디자인을 진행했습니다.


고래는 깊이와 지속성의 상징으로,

장애예술인이 지닌 잠재력과 예술의 깊이를 의미하며,

새는 접근성과 가능성을 상징하는 존재로

자유로운 비상과 예술의 확장된 미래를 담고 있습니다.



To raise social awareness of

disability arts and foster a sustainable

artistic ecosystem, we designed friendly

yet distinctive whale and bird characters

that anyone can easily connect with.


The whale symbolizes depth and continuity, representing the potential and

artistic depth of disabled artists,

while the bird represents accessibility

and possibility, embodying free flight and

the expanding future of art.
